Orders can be returned within 30 days after the delivery date. Returns are taken care of by the customer.

To return a product you can obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) by contacting our sales team.

We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. We are confident that you will love your new Locus product, however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. We will arrange a return and refund the purchase price.

If you have returned the product under the 100 day return policy, provided your return meets the needed conditions, you may expect to see a credit to your account within 10 – 15 working days. Credit will be issued in the same manner as your original purchase payment.
